How you apply for a grant depends on the amount of money you are requesting and how long you think it will take to complete your project.
- If you are submitting a proposal for the Special Topic Solicitation in Public Health Systems and Services Research, click here.
- If your project would require $100,000 or more and/or would take longer than 12 months to complete, you should apply for a large grant and must submit a brief proposal. Follow these large grant application instructions.
- If you are requesting up to $100,000 and expect your project to last 12 months or less, you can submit a brief proposal and follow the instructions for large grants. Alternatively, you may forgo the brief proposal stage and submit a small grant full proposal. Follow these small grant application instructions.
Either way, you must complete the grant application process online . We have done everything possible to make the process easy for you.
